Every PCC using a Safeguarding Hub  was asked to accept the Service Agreement before 1 December 2025.  But what happens if a PCC hasn't accepted it?
 

Don't panic!

Please don't panic if your PCC hasn't yet accepted the Service Agreement - we won't delete your data until February.

Hub Owners still have access to their Hub until 31 January; however, other authorised users have been temporarily suspended.

Suspended users will have their access immediately restored when a Hub Owner accepts the Service Agreement  on behalf of the PCC.

What will happen on 31 January?

Any parish that has not accepted the Service Agreement  by 31 January will lose all access to their Safeguarding Hub.

Shortly afterwards we will permanently delete any personal data in the Hub, since we will have no legal basis for storing it.
