Every parish using a Safeguarding Hub  is required to accept the Service Agreement before 1 December.  But what happens if they don't?
 

1 December 2025

Any parish that has not accepted the Service Agreement by 1 December will be deemed to have declined it.

Our initial assumption will be that this is the result of some oversight within the parish.  Therefore, we won't delete any data at that stage, but we will prevent any Hub Administrators or Hub Viewers from accessing their Hub.

Hub Owners will still have access to their Hub for another 60 days.
 

31 January 2026

Any parish that has not accepted the Service Agreement by 31 January will lose all access to their Safeguarding Hub.

Shortly afterwards we will delete all parish data from the Hub, since we will have no legal basis for storing it.
