The PCC or Standing Committee must appoint at least one Hub Owner to be the primary user(s) of their Safeguarding Hub.
A Safeguarding Hub stores the minimum information necessary to comply with the Church of England's safeguarding requirements.
There are three types of authorised users: Hub Owners, Hub Administrators and Hub Viewers.
