What are the different types of hub users?

The Hub Owner is the primary user of a Safeguarding Hub. Acting on behalf of the PCC, they can:

Hub Administrators can edit all Hub records. However, they can't invite others, nor can they change Hub settings.

Hub Viewers can view all Hub records, but they can't edit them.

Hub Members can only view their own Hub records.
