Safeguarding Hubs  contain a suite of features that can help a parish with safeguarding.

During December we will be simplifying the way in which a parish can choose which features they want to use.
 

Why make it simpler?

When we started to design Safeguarding Hubs  we recognised that one size would not fit all.

During the past three years, some parishes have kept telling us to "keep it simple", while other parishes have been asking for more bells and whistles.

Our approach has been to make new features optional, and to allow each parish to select which ones they want to use.  However, with the addition of more features, the mechanism for doing this has become too complicated.

We therefore want to simplify the way in which features can be switched on or off.
 

When will we do this?

We hope to do most of this work during the last two weeks of December.

We will provide more information on the improvements in the New Year.
 

Can we still use our Hub?

Yes.  You will be able to use all the Hub features throughout this period.

However, if you get stuck, or notice that something is not working, please contact us here.
 

Keeping you updated

Once we have finished the work, we will produce a short video that will demonstrate how the selection of Hub features is much simpler.  This will be available in early January.
