A parish contacted us today to say that, for quite some time, they had not received any reminder notifications about safeguarding training.

We have discovered the cause of the problem - which affected some parishes but not others.

The problem has now been fixed.

Affected parishes can now see the notifications that they missed on the home page of their Hub.  These can be dismissed via the 'X' in the top-right corner of each message.

Email notifications should resume for all parishes from tomorrow onwards.  These emails are optional, and can be switched off via your email preferences.
